David Millstone serves as Vice Chairman of Standard Industries and spent 15 years as its co-CEO. He is also Co-Chief Investment Officer of Standard Investments.

David began his career in investment banking at Bear Stearns and later worked at Apollo. He graduated from Yale College and is a former member of the Yale University Council. He also received a JD from Harvard Law School, where he is a member of the Advisory Board for the Program on Corporate Governance.

Rick H. Singer is President of Winter Properties, leading its investment activities and overseeing the day-to-day management of the company. Rick has more than four decades of experience in commercial real estate, private equity and securities investments—having been involved in more than $50 billion in real estate transactions. Rick was previously Chief Executive and Principal of PARE U.S. LLC, the exclusive investment advisor of and partner to Ping An Real Estate Company Ltd. for all of its U.S. real estate investments. Prior to this, Rick spent a significant part of his career as Managing Director and Head of Global Real Estate at Salomon Brothers. Under his direction, Salomon Brothers became an industry leader in both the public and private markets. Rick started his career as an attorney at Schulte, Roth and Zabel, specializing in real estate partnerships, development, and fund formation.

As Chief Executive Officer of Standard Industries, David Winter oversees Standard’s operating businesses and the company’s long-term growth initiatives and development efforts. He is also Co-Chief Investment Officer of Standard Investments.

David is deeply involved in numerous civic and charitable endeavors, including serving on the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Carnegie Hall, as well as on the Board of Directors of Conservation International. He is also a Trustee of the New York City Police Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of the Partnership for New York City.
