Rick Singer is President of Winter Properties and oversees the day-to-day management of the company and all of its operations. Mr. Singer has more than four decades of experience in commercial real estate, private equity and securities investments, and investment banking – having been involved in more than $50 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Singer was previously Chief Executive and Principal of PARE U.S. LLC, the exclusive investment advisor and partner to Ping An Real Estate Company Ltd. for all of its U.S. real estate investments. Prior to this, Mr. Singer spent a significant part of his career as managing director and Head of Global Real Estate at Salomon Brothers. Mr. Singer earned his J.D., with distinction, from Hofstra University School of Law, and holds a B.A. from Stony Brook University.
Mr. Leidinger is involved with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of 40 North. Prior to joining 40 North, Mr. Leidinger was the Director of Investor Relations and Business Development at Woodbine Capital Advisors. Prior to Woodbine, he was the Director of Investor Relations at Select Equity Group. Previously, Mr. Leidinger was a Vice President in the Alternative Capital Markets Group at Goldman Sachs. Prior to business school, Mr. Leidinger was the US Product Manager for Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Quantitative Strategies Group. Mr. Leidinger earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and graduated from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
Mr. Milsom leads the development effort and oversees building operations for Winter Properties. Prior to joining Winter Properties, Mr. Milsom led the re-development of Industry City in Sunset Park Brooklyn, a 6-million square foot complex, for Jamestown, Angelo Gordon and Belvedere Capital. Previously, Mr. Milsom was Vice President of Development at Vornado Realty Trust.
Ms. Reddy oversees all financial matters at 40 North. Prior to joining 40 North, Ms. Reddy was a Managing Director and Head of GSAM Fund Controllers for the Americas at Goldman Sachs. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she was a Managing Director and Head of Fund and Portfolio Administration for the Americas at JP Morgan. Previously, Ms. Reddy spent time as a Manager and Lead Controller for Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Fund Group. She started her career in the Financial Services Audit and Business Advisory Group at Andersen Worldwide.
Mr. Yedidia is responsible for overseeing the finance function at Winter Properties. Prior to joining Winter Properties, Mr. Yedidia was employed by Fortress Investment Group, where he was Controller of Newcastle Investment Corp, a publically traded REIT. Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Yedidia was Corporate Controller at Centerline Capital Group. Mr. Yedidia also held Finance and Accounting related positions with Cushman and Wakefield, Fundtech Ltd, and Ernst & Young LLP, having begun his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP.
Mr. Zauderer is responsible for overseeing all legal and compliance matters at 40 North. Prior to joining 40 North, Mr. Zauderer was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Longacre Fund Management. Prior to Longacre, Mr. Zauderer was the General Counsel of Olympus America. After graduating from law school, Mr. Zauderer began his career as a Corporate Associate at both Dewey Ballantine and Morgan, Lewis and Bockius.
Mr. Curland is responsible for analyzing new and existing investments with a focus on financial modeling and due diligence. Prior to joining Winter Properties, Mr. Curland was an analyst within the Real Estate Structured Finance group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He earned a bachelor's degree in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Mr. Garvey is responsible for investment structuring, negotiation, underwriting and execution. Additionally, Mr. Garvey focuses on Winter’s long-term strategic growth strategy. Prior to joining Winter, Mr. Garvey worked as an analyst at Brookfield Financial advising institutional real estate clients on asset-level and corporate transactions. Mr. Garvey began his career as an analyst at Eastdil Secured. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Saint Joseph's University.
Mr. Hopkins oversees all aspects of new business development at Winter Properties. Prior to joining Winter, Mr. Hopkins was an Executive Director at PARE US, where he was in charge of originating and executing investment opportunities. Mr. Hopkins began his career and spent over a decade at Crescent Heights, a national multifamily development firm. He earned bachelor's degrees in economics and government from the University of Virginia.
Ms. Miller is responsible for investment team operations including oversight of transaction mechanics, execution of transaction documentation and coordination of team members. Prior to joining Winter, Ms. Miller held similar roles at Eastbridge Real Estate and PARE U.S., the exclusive investment advisor to Ping An Real Estate (China), and started her career at Island Capital Group. She earned her bachelor’s degree with honors in neuroscience from Vanderbilt University.
Mr. Mojica oversees and manages the daily operations for the portfolio at Winter Properties. Prior to joining Winter Properties, Mr. Mojica was part of a team that managed a 2- million square foot property in the financial district of New York City for CBRE. Prior to that assignment, he was a member of a real estate team who was responsible for preparing due diligence for the sale of 6 properties as a part of the New York REIT LLC.
Mr. Ronis focuses on a variety of initiatives for Winter Properties including capital markets, investment origination, underwriting and execution. Prior to joining Winter Properties, Mr. Ronis was a Vice President at Brookfield Financial advising institutional real estate clients on asset-level and corporate transactions. Mr. Ronis is a CPA and he earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Toronto.
